I have been going to Long Vision Center for a few years now and have always had good experiences. This last visit has me blown away. Mrs. Katy who helped me figure out and finalize payments, insurance and such was soooo patient with me as I took way too long to pick new frames. She was so kind and helpful as well as other ladies who work in the glasses and contacts area. You ladies are awesome! There were others involved in making this experience great today and I wish I had everyone’s name but thank you for your kindness and Dr. Villafane for a great experience!

They are very thorough and caring. I feel like I am getting excellent eye care.

Very nice and friendly staff. They listened to all my concerns and provided very good and understandable responses to all my questions.

Long Vision Center is wonderful. We went for an issue with double vision. The exam was extremely thorough. Dr Long explained the situation well and treated conservatively. We also did a vision test and chose glasses from the impressive frame options, including some deals for those without vision insurance.

Staff is very nice and Dr. Long is great

The tech who checked my eyes very closely was fast, fun, nice, I like her alot! There are some great folks there!! Dr Long is very congenial and professional. Dr Long explains and doesn't rush you! And a big hello to Miss Stacy.....another very special lady. Dr Long doesn't hire creepy employees...these people are family!! Thanks Dr Long!
