I drove all the way from Edmond Oklahoma just to see Dr Long. He and his staff far exceeded my expectations.

Great practice-all staff knowledgeable and friendly. Very short wait time-worked like a well oiled machine. I am very impressed with everyone in the office.

Had light adjustable lenses put in to correct for cataracts. Haven’t had first adjustment yet but everything has gone much better than expected. Entire staff very good. Update May 2026. I had my LaL lenses put in December. The entire experience was exceptional. I can always tell how professionally a business is run by how the office is run. I had over a dozen appointments over the course of the procedures. I never waited over 5 minutes from the time I arrived. The entire process was well choreographed with multiple staff and technicians quickly and proficiently doing their assigned part. It gave me confidence my choice was a good one. During the pre surgery consultation, Dr Long stated with pride he was very good at getting the correction lenses right on the money. That definitely proved true in my case. The day of the first surgery was amazing. I got home after a few hours and turned on the tv. I looked at it for a few minutes and then called my wife in. I said “What do you see?” She said the tv. “No” I said “do you see the reds and oranges and variety of greens.” I hadn’t seen colors line that in probably 20 years. The remainder of the entire procedure for both eyes continued on as hoped and I couldn’t be happier. The entire staff knew exactly what they were doing and are very professional. I could go on with other details but I believe I’ve made my point. Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr Long and Dr Villafane if you are considering cataract treatment. Thanks to all there.

The young lady (If she said her name, I missed it.) did a very thorough pre-check before seeing the doctor. She put me through all the vision checks and was very personable. I enjoyed working with her. After waiting for the dilation to take effect, I was seen by Dr. Villafane. He was very professional, checked the interior of my eyes, and gave me his usual speil of what to do if I have any problems. After declaring my eyesight normal, he prescribed glasses for me.

Everyone was kind and the service was the best.

Receptionists are always nice, greet you with a smile as soon as you come in the door. Dr V is great! I’ve been seeing him for about 10/11 years. His assistants have always been nice, friendly and knowledgeable. They ladies at the eyeglass/contact are very helpful and can help you through the whole process of what your insurance will cover. (They’ve also helped me with which glasses look better for my face shape! Love them to pieces. So helpful every time.
