Being a retired nurse and around hospitals and doctors for over 30 years, I know a good doctor when I have a medical visit with him. Dr. Long is better then good! He is one of the best!!! He takes your complete health issues in mind when “learning you as a patient”; not just eyes only. If he finds problems with your eyes, he will explain to you in layman’s terminology what is the problem until you understand, and absolutely likes for you to ask questions! He wants you to understand what is happening to your eyes, and not just a “ok, see you next year.” He takes the time explaining how something will be done should you need eye surgery! During my procedure getting both eyes cataracts, he would tell me exactly what he was doing and what I would feel which helped tremendously because trust me, it is very frequent for a patient being anxious during any surgery! As I said he is an easy doctor to talk to and one that listens! Every time I be go to his office and talk to the patients ( where they come out of town as myself to see him) all have been completely happy with him and his procedures. Many times I would ask his opinion in health issues and he has always steered me in the direct path. Very, very knowledgeable doctor and not just with the eyes!!! I would definitely recommend him for any type of eye issues! He is the doctor to choose!

I highly recommend Long Vision Center! As a former ophthalmic technician (28 years), I am very particular about my eye care. I have total confidence in Dr. Long and his staff to care for me and my husband. He is knowledgeable and capable of treating any eye concerns we have. If he feels it is something that needs to be addressed by a specialist such as cornea, etc., he refers to highly trained ophthalmologist in that field. He is very kind, and friendly and has a great relationship with his staff. They speak very highly of him and respect him, as he also respects his staff. He is a great ophthalmologist and a wonderful man. I have not seen the other doctors in his clinic but I have no doubt they are also the best. I give five stars without any hesitation!

Had my cataract surgery recently on my right eye and now planning to go for my left eye surgery soon. Dr. Clint Long MD of “Long Vision Center” Sherman Taxes did my surgery. A wonderful doctor and a great friend who always makes you feel like you are a very important individual to him and a V.V.I.P patient. Not because he is one of my good friend but that’s the way he treats all his patients that’s really amazing. The whole staff of Long Vision Center are very professional and Dr. Long is very understanding and compassionate. The good thing about the staff is they answer any and all your questions and make sure that you understand what is going on with your vision. I am very satisfied!!! Thank you Dr Long and his entire team members. Good job done. I would definitely recommend Long Vision Center of Sherman and Dr Clint Long MD. God bless.

The staff at Long Vision Center are all exceptional. They have always been very helpful when I have called and in the office. Dr. Katie Stark has proven to be the most knowledgeable neuroopthamologist . She is kind, patient, and listens very carefully. I would recommend this office highly.

My son had lost a screw out of his glasses in the middle of a football field. I had to run them up to Long Vision and unfortunately we had to order a new pair because there was a piece bent. Instead of having him go a week without glasses, the demo pair like his were pulled from the shelf and the lenses were exchanged. Definitely something they didn’t have to do, but I’m so thankful that they were caring and understood our situation. I recommend them to everyone!
