Very clean and professional environment!!!

I received the best customer service & care from Dr. Long & his staff in Prosper! These are genuine people who are making a difference in the lives of their patients and they enjoy what they do! Highly Recommended! Excellent service!!!

My son had lost a screw out of his glasses in the middle of a football field. I had to run them up to Long Vision and unfortunately we had to order a new pair because there was a piece bent. Instead of having him go a week without glasses, the demo pair like his were pulled from the shelf and the lenses were exchanged. Definitely something they didn’t have to do, but I’m so thankful that they were caring and understood our situation. I recommend them to everyone!

My husband and I love Dr.Long! He saved my husband from going blind. My husband had a severe closed angle attack on his eye the ER was unable to help him and caused us nothing but heartache and a huge bill, we where sent home with dangerous eye drops and fear! We called Dr. Longs office and they brought us in immediately and saw us on an emergency appointment and they did laser surgery that day and he was completely better, eye saved, in no time and at a very reasonable price! A yr later we had to go in for the same emergency in the other eye and he took care of that eye too with nothing but compassion and kindness. I highly recommend this place if you want a great service at a fair price!
